Refunds, VAT and invoices

Can I get my money back?

Yes, within 14 days. You can ask for a refund of your first plan payment if you made fewer than 5 clean documents, and of unused credits. It is a button in your account: it refunds through the payment provider and issues a credit note.

How is VAT handled?

Prices exclude VAT. Belgian VAT is added for Belgian customers. An EU business with a valid VAT number outside Belgium pays no VAT; the number is checked automatically. The total is always shown before you pay.

Do I get an invoice?

Every payment gets a numbered PDF invoice by e-mail, and you can download it from your account.

What if a payment fails?

You keep your plan for 7 days to fix the payment. The free documents and your credits stay available.

Can I cancel?

At any time. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume it before then.

Consumers

If you buy as a private person, you have a right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. For digital content, the right is lost once the document is delivered, if you clearly agree to start now. The checkout asks you for that.

How you pay

You pay on the secure page of our payment provider, which offers the payment methods available for your country. Papii never sees your card or bank details.
